Frequently Asked Questions
Jewellery & Materials
What do you make?
Solid gold jewellery only — never plated, filled, or vermeil. We also offer sterling silver finished with rhodium for added shine and durability.
What does solid gold mean?
Gold all the way through (9K, 14K, or 18K). Made to last, made to wear, made to keep.
What do the karats (K) mean?
A higher K means a higher percentage of pure gold.
18K is richer and softer.
9K is harder and ideal for everyday wear.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Our solid gold pieces are designed to go everywhere — gym, pool, and beach included.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Gentle on skin, made for daily wear.
Will it turn my skin green?
Never! We only stock jewellery made of high quality fine metals.
How do I know it’s real gold?
Look for the hallmark, a tiny stamp such as 375 for 9K gold.
What is hallmarking?
A legal stamp of approval from an Assay Office verifying gold purity. It may add time, but it’s worth it. See our legally required documentation explaining this.
Production & Care
How long does it take to make?
If not in stock, each piece is made to order. Please allow 2–6 weeks, or up to 10 during busy periods or depending on the product.
How should I care for it?
Wear it often. Avoid harsh chemicals. Clean gently to keep the glow, see our handy cleaning guide.
Warranty & Repairs
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a lifetime warranty on all solid gold jewellery and one year warranty on rhodium plated sterling silver jewellery.
What’s covered?
Manufacturing or structural faults, including clasps, soldering, and settings.
What’s not?
Everyday wear, scratches, dents, loss, or accidental damage.
