Our Warranty Promise

All of our solid gold jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions of use.

We will happily repair or replace any item found to have a manufacturing fault, at no additional cost.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing or structural defects (e.g. faulty clasps, weak soldering, or loose settings).

Damage occurring under normal wear conditions (not due to misuse).

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear, scratches, dents, or tarnish due to normal use.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorised repairs.

Loss or theft of items.

Changes in appearance due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or perfume.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team with:

A clear photo or video of the issue

A brief description of what happened
