We want you to feel confident and delighted with every piece you choose from us. But if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Hygiene Items (Earrings and Pierced Jewellery)

For hygiene and safety reasons, items designed to be worn in piercings (such as earrings) are exempt from the 14-day returns period if the tamper seal on the packaging has been broken.

To request a return for these items:

  • Please email us at customerservices@nuggetandco.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos of the unopened tamper-sealed bag showing the seal intact
  • Once we confirm the seal is unbroken, we’ll send you return instructions

We’re committed to reducing plastic waste, so we use a small tamper seal on the original packaging rather than adding extra plastic.

How to Return

  1. Contact our team within 14 days to request a return.
  2. Securely pack the items (including original packaging) to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Send to the return address we provide.
    We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
  • We’ll email you once your refund is processed
  • Shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Include photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly
