How We Ship

• Orders with a purchase value under £150 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.
• Orders over £150 are shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

You’ll always receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
• Once shipped, Royal Mail Tracked usually delivers in around 2 working days, and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed typically delivers the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery Charges

• Free UK delivery on orders over £75
• For orders under £75: £4 Postage & Packing
  Every parcel is securely packed, tracked and insured for peace of mind.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Important Information

• Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order, as we’re unable to change it once your parcel has been dispatched.
• If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to rearrange or collect your parcel.
• Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
